After a busy schedule in the last weeks Paul will race for another time in the US. The goal is to reach again a place under the top 3 or even win the race. This weekend there will take place four 70.3 races but Syracuse offers the highest amount of ranking points so it should be the most important one. Paul will face some known opponents in Syracuse. Maxim Kriat of the Ukraine bet Paul just by seconds at Ironman 70.3 Mooseman. Another strong athlete will be the Brit Paul Amey. After that race Paul will enjoy some weeks off racing.
Jan will do the last race of the ITU World Championship Series on Monday. Though that race in Yokohama, Japan, counts already for next year’s ranking. The competition was originally scheduled for May, but postponed after the earthquake that hit the region. After the ITU could not find a date before the 2011 final Yokohama is the start of the 2012 series. Jan has good chances to reach a top result as some of the strong athletes will not compete in Japan.
