Jan van Berkel – Dutch Triathlete of the Year 2010 (25.11.2010)

Every year the Dutch Triathlon Bond awards his best triathletes. Because of his great results in the highest classes of the ITU Triathlon Jan got this honour.

With two 12^th places (ITU Triathlon World Cup) and with a 22^nd place (ITU Triathlon World Championship Series) Jan creates a furore not just only in the Dutch triathlon scene. The award was handed over to Jan and Rachel Klamer in the “Huis van de Sport” in Nieuwegein.
