After his second place at Ironman 70.3 Mooseman Paul is on his way to Idaho to show is good shape. The Australian who stay the entire summer in Boulder, Colorado, has good chances to climb on the podium at Ironman 70.3 Boise. Paul prepared for the US races in Boulder, Colorado where he stays for the entire summer. After he was beaten just by seconds at the Mooseman he wants to be the first who crosses the finish line in Idaho. The other pros as the New Zealander Guy Craford or the American Ben Hoffmann will not make it easy for Paul.
In southern Europe Swen will be at the inaugural Ironman 70.3 Italy. The field of the pro athletes is small but though the Italians as the strong athletes Daniel Fontana, Alessandro Degasperi or Massimo Cigana should not be underestimated. Another challenge is the tough course. Pescara is close to the Abruzzi – a mountain chain with 3000-meter high summits. The athletes have not climb those but still there will be some difference in altitude to ride.
